These terms govern your use of the Livra app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

Using Livra

Livra is a personal goal tracking app. You are responsible for the content of the goals and notes you create. Do not use Livra for anything illegal or for content that infringes on someone else's rights.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Let us know at support@livralife.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Livra+ subscription

Livra+ is an optional, auto renewing subscription sold and billed entirely through the App Store. Pricing, billing cycles, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple under their own terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.

Your content

You own the goals, marks, and notes you create in Livra. We store them to provide the service to you and do not claim ownership over them.

Availability

We aim to keep Livra reliable but cannot guarantee it will always be available or error free. We may update, change, or discontinue features over time.

Termination

You can stop using Livra and delete your account at any time from the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

Disclaimer

Livra is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and your state of residence, unless local law requires otherwise.
